Services in Building Acoustics
CSTI Acoustics offers four types of consulting services for buildings:
- Reverberation and echo control: Specifying treatments to optimize reverberation time and control unwanted sound reflections in churches, auditoria, theaters, conference rooms, and classrooms.
- Mechanical equipment: Investigating and solving noise and vibration problems from exterior equipment, HVAC systems, computers, and other mechanical equipment.
- Sound isolation: Evaluating and improving sound isolation and speech privacy by analyzing the background sound, the transmission loss of walls, doors, windows, and ceilings, and the impact noise rating of floors.
- Sound systems: Designing, specifying, and equalizing sound reinforcement systems and sound masking systems.
- Residences: Solving acoustical problems in residences.
