Noel Hart is a consultant in acoustics at CSTI. He excels at solving architectural acoustics and noise control problems. As a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Graduate Program in Acoustics, he has pioneered new fronts in quantifying diffusion indoors. He completed his undergraduate career at the University of Miami where he studied Audio and Electrical Engineering.

Since becoming a part of the team at CSTI acoustics, Noel has helped to offer custom solutions to all ranges of clients. He is well versed at creating accurate computer models to aide in the acoustical prediction of almost any job. These models not only increase the accuracy of the predictions, but also make the impact of our recommendations much more apparent. Noel is also experienced in all types of acoustical measurements ranging from simple noise and vibration measurements with handheld equipment to capturing impulse responses of concert halls to determine reverberation time and other important metrics.

As chief engineer of WVUM 90.5 fm, Noel became well versed in the broadcast industry. He also holds a good understanding of modern recording studio design, as well as mixing console and microphone usage. Noel is proficient in Matlab, C++, SoundPLAN, Logic Studio, Pro Tools, Final Cut, and Photoshop.
